No I have seen no proof, I am yet to be convinced that there are ghosts.
Though maybe it is possible though most (propper) research has discredited this.
Saying that this is like haunting and slamming doors, and people that like to stay in haunted buildings. Spirit and the afterlife well this is a slightly different question and one that draws a divide still between religion and science. Though I am not saying that religion and science cannot co exist.
I believed in ghosts when I was a child but now I no longer believe.
As a scientist, you only believe in those things whose existence can be experimentally proved or at least, if you cannot prove the existence, there are very good arguments to support their existence.
Many theories of Einstein could not be experimentally proved for decades as there was not yet the technology to prove them. However, the guy had very good arguments to show that his theories were right.
Now, even if I have never seen a ghost (no experimental proof), those who believe in them cannot bring any good argument to prove their existence.
No, I don’t believe ghosts because no experimental proof of their existence has been provided.

PS: do you know that there is a phenomenon in optics called “ghost”? This is not a paranormal event, but just consists in unwanted reflections from the surfaces of lenses or other components in an optical system. When light goes through glass surfaces, part of it gets refracted and passes through the surface, while the rest gets reflected. Unwanted reflections create “ghost images”, which are faint and blurred replicas of the scene your optical system is imaging.
