Drugs and chemicals in smoke can cross the the placenta which is the feeding organ for a baby inside the womb.

      Hi Raccoons

Drugs and chemicals interrupt how a body should work normally. In an adult the systems like the liver and kidneys are developed enough to cope with some of the short term effects of these drugs, but a developing foetus doesn’t have these working properly.

Because a baby in its mums womb is still growing so rapidly then the damaged cells are still needed to replicate and grow.

All in all it’s not good 🙁

      Stay awesome!
