The computer language is a binary language. Every command given to our computer can be translated in a sequence of 0 or 1 (that is why it is called binary, because there are only two symbols : 0 and 1). To write numbers, we instead use a decimal language, which is made of 10 symbols, that is 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 Any number in a decimal language is made of a sequence of this 10 symbols. In the same way, in the computer binary language, any number is made of a sequence of 0 and 1. Now in binary language, the sequence 10 is actually the number 2. So, when I said there are 10 types of people, I meant (in binary language) there are only 2 types of people. Those who understand this joke and those who does not.
