• Question: What is the best thing you have ever done in your work?

      The best thing is working everyday towards helping people get better from cancer! That and sometimes we get a free lunch when we have special events.

      Hi Hannah, Ellie.

      The best thing I have ever done in my work was the day we made a model of the Diamond particle accelerators out of Lego. 😀

      In terms of the best science though the best things for me has been to take part in designing a new kind of magnet that will create even brighter light for the scientists at Diamond – this means they will be able to make world-changing discoveries at an even faster rate!

      Hi Hannah,

      I think most of the projects I do is the best thing I have done. Every day I am doing something new, so every new project is the latest and best. I think if I was looking into the past thinking wasn’t it great back then, I would not be pushing myself.
