  Well, you wouldn’t believe some of the things I’ve seen!
  
  Often people come to Accident and Emergency with sorts of things sticking out of them, like scissors and nails. It’s my job to get good pictures of these things and make sure they are safe to be removed without damaging or hurting the patient any more than they already have been.
  
  Sometimes people swallow strange things – I saw one person who had swallowed a whole toothbrush – and we took a picture of it floating around inside their stomach!

  I don’t use x-rays in my research, so the weirdest thing I have ever seen so far in X-rays is my chest from a X-ray scan my doctor took. Not so weird after all 😉
