  Well, if you have enough money then you can buy a 3d printer now to have at home. They are cheaper than a car.
  
  As for a brain control device that might take a bit longer. If you needed an artificial limb for some reasons there is a chance you could get an artificial hand you could control from your brain, but it is cutting edge technology.
  
  Perhaps in a decade we will see something come available, but there’s a lot of research still to be done.
