      Hi Hannah,

maybe Richard Feynman – he worked on the theory of quantum electrodynamics, which describes how light interacts with matter and is really interesting. I think he was a quite fun person as well.

I would want to work with Alan Turing, he made the first programable computer.

      Hi Hannah

I think that there is not a single scientist I would have liked to have worked with, but a group of physicists who worked together in a town called Göttingen in Germany in the 1920s.

The physicists and mathematicians who worked or visited there included Heisenberg, Born, Schrödinger, Dirac, Pauli, Fermi and von Neumann. These are some of the most important people in the development of the theory of quantum mechanics, and it would have been an exciting place to be!

All the work came to a crashing halt though in 1933 when the Nazis came to power in Germany 🙁

So I cheated and choose more than one, but it is so difficult to choose just one!

      Ed
